I believe some of you may experienced the same with me whereby forgot where you park your car after spend few hour walking inside the shopping mall especially for the regional mall. You can't recall where you park your car no matter how hard you try.
Some of you are smart by using the smartphone take down a picture on pillar beside the car you park at because the pillar have the level and number. You can easily refer back the photo when you want to get back to your car. However if you are unlucky forget to take a photo or your phone out of battery, the ticket like Paradigm Mall at least give you some hint.
Can you image if you park your car at upper level and you go to basement search your car? If the ticket indicated the level of your car park like Paradigm Mall did is very helpful.
However my experience on my last visit to Paradigm Mall was not that good as the way of the car park staff solving the issue is not as good as Midvalley Mega Mall car park staff handle the similar issue.
I usually parked my car at basement when I visit Paradigm Mall. But this time I miss the entry so I park at the multi level car park. I went to Tesco puchase some groceries and the amount is above RM30 so I entitle to get a free parking. After Tesco customer service staff validated my parking ticket, I immediately proceed to take my car.
Before I take my car I validate the ticket at the autopay machine. But the autopay machine show that I need to pay for the parking. I thought the machine might have problem so I not border about it and proceed to take my car.
However when I insert the parking ticket at the boom gate, the machine show that the ticket I insert have not paid. I press the button to as for help and the Paradigm Mall staff did not help me to solve the issue but make me to park back my car and go all the way from upper level parking to Tesco.
Initially I though maybe is Tesco did not help me validate the ticket properly but after I check with Tesco staff and the staff said is the ticket problem. Tesco staff help me to validated the ticket again and I proceed going to take my car again. Before that I validate again the ticket at the autopay machine but the same problem persists. I am consider lucky as Paradigm Mall staff just happen doing the money collection at the autopay machine and able to help me solve the problem on the spot else I am not sure I will need to wait how long only Paradigm Mall will "release" me.
